Working TVs are our main buying focus. If a television has a fault, describe the issue and send its model and photographs before arranging collection. An enquiry does not guarantee a purchase or an offer. You can also enquire about other listed items you want to sell.

The website accepts enquiries for the item categories shown on its service pages. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that an item will be purchased. Suitability, location availability and next steps are confirmed during direct communication.

Home appliance eligibility

All home appliance types are accepted in working condition from sellers in Dubai. Faulty appliances are not accepted. Share the type, model, current condition, photos and exact location so the quote and collection arrangements can be confirmed.

Accurate item information

• Provide an accurate item type, brand and model where available.
• Describe the working condition and any known fault or missing part.
• Send current photos that show the actual item and its condition.
• Provide the correct location and relevant access information.

Ownership and authority to sell

The person offering an item must own it or have permission to sell it. We may decline to continue an enquiry if ownership or item information is unclear.

Price and agreement

Website content is general information and is not a guaranteed purchase offer or price. Once an item, price and collection are agreed, we provide free Dubai collection, same-day pickup and cash payment on the spot.
