How the model affects used TV resale value
Send the brand and complete model code, not only a description such as “55-inch Samsung”. Add the screen size and any information you know about the age of the set. If the label is difficult to reach, use our Samsung model-number guide where applicable, or explain which details are unavailable.
A model description helps identify the product. It does not replace photographs or an honest account of its condition.
Show the screen and describe how it works
Include a front view and a powered-on screen photograph where possible. Explain any picture or sound issue, marks, cracks, intermittent behaviour or missing parts. Clear information lets the buyer assess the actual item rather than an ideal example of that model.

List what is included

When discussing an offer, confirm the particular TV, its described condition and everything included. If you compare several offers, also compare the collection and payment arrangements so you understand the full proposal.
Explain the collection location
Share your Dubai neighbourhood, building floor and stairs or lift access. Mention whether the TV is wall-mounted and ask about preparation before taking it down. Agree the collection time directly rather than assuming that sending photos books an appointment.
